I applied for it but only access the online service ONCE only! I still prefer to queue up at ATM machines and bankbook update machine to transact and get my statement updated. The only annoying thing is when the book runs out of printing space I have to queue up at the counter. few years back I was persuded (the teller is just too persistent in selling) to buy something called Shenton fund and todate I am not making money out of it.
