My blog is featured in Digital Life, The Straits Times, today! I wrote about the curry puff hawker being jailed. The only bugbear is they gave the wrong title. IRAS is not frighteningly efficient. They took so many years just to find out about tax evasion. A more appropriate title is Scary Digger, since they can dig out information from many years ago.

sometimes i wonder if some people can think properly or not..
if you are doing something on the sly like tax evasion, don’t try to be so high profile because you are inviting trouble to yourself
months before this case came to light, the curry puff hawker was actually featured many many times on TV.. one of which included how his small curry puff stall in ang mo ko expanded to many shopping malls in many different parts of china..and there are even bigger expansion plans in future..another show featured his stall as one of the top few curry puff store in singapore..
making yourself so prominent on local media is just asking for troublesome..
